Some server doesn't have 3rd job and some have. Did you know that even your server that are you playing if they didn't have 3rd job you can still use the 3rd job sprite. Here the 3rd job for you. But keep it in mind only you will seeing yourself using 3rd job sprite while other player will see you as normal sprite. Have fun using it.
